½ oz. Pink Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Hot Pepper Jelly

Directions

Shake all ingredients except sparkling water and garnish over ice. Strain into crushed ice-filled highball glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish.
